Through Air – Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Timeline Standard delivery within India takes 5–8 business days depending on your location. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for select pin codes.

Shipping Charges Free shipping on orders above ₹1999. A flat shipping fee of ₹150 applies to orders below this threshold. Remote or difficult-to-access areas may incur additional charges.

Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS to monitor your delivery.

Damaged in Transit If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery or document it with photographs immediately and notify us within 24 hours. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

International Shipping Currently, Through Air ships within India only. International shipping will be announced through our website and social channels.
