Through Air – Return & Refund Policy

At Through Air, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every fragrance we create. Because perfumes are personal care products, we maintain the following policy to ensure hygiene and safety for all customers.

Eligibility for Returns We accept returns only if the product is received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition. Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof sent to our support email.

Non-Returnable Items Due to the intimate nature of fragrance products, we do not accept returns on opened, used, or tampered bottles. Discounted or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refund Process Once your claim is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges We offer exchanges only for damaged or defective products, subject to availability of the same product. If the product is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.
